The immigration process can be stressful and overwhelming. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I provide thorough, culturally responsive psychological evaluations via secure telehealth for individuals residing in Utah. These evaluations are conducted with care, professionalism, and respect for each person’s lived experience, and are designed to support individuals and families navigating immigration proceedings. I also collaborate with clients and their attorneys to provide comprehensive, well-documented reports that support immigration cases.

Types of Immigration Evaluations

Asylum Evaluations

Assessing the psychological effects of persecution, violence, trauma, and fear of returning to one's country of origin.

Extreme Hardship Waivers (I-601 / I-601A)

Documenting the emotional and psychological impact that separation, relocation, or other immigration-related circumstances may have on qualifying family members.

VAWA Evaluations

Supporting survivors of domestic violence, emotional abuse, coercive control, and related trauma.

U Visa Evaluations

For survivors of qualifying crimes who have experienced emotional or psychological harm.

1. Initial Free Consultation

We'll discuss your case, answer questions, and determine whether an evaluation is appropriate for your needs.

2. Clinical Interview

The evaluation process includes one or more comprehensive interviews conducted through a secure telehealth platform.

3. Report Preparation

Following the evaluation, I prepare a detailed written report that summarizes relevant history, clinical findings, and the psychological impact related to your immigration case.

4. Delivery & Collaboration with Your Attorney

With your written consent, I can coordinate directly with your attorney to ensure they receive the documentation needed for your case.
